Why no Endorsement for SoWashCo election & levy?

Our mailed "Sample Ballot" usually 30 days before the Election is REALLY POPULAR with voters. We list NAME, POSITION & PHOTO of Endorsed Candidates, along with links WHERE/WHEN to vote. How do we choose the top candidates?  We set up an Endorsement or Letter of Support process to interview, vet and vote on the best choices.

SoWashCo ISD833 schools voting area crosses two DFL  Congressional Districts, so CD2 and CD4 committees had jursidiction to jointly form the group to vet and endorse. CD4 didn't have quorum to conduct business. CD2 tabled the motion. After 6 months of effort, SD47 has tabled the motion to form an Endorsement / Sample Ballot.
Can I get a Text - a reminder to vote?
